Union members swarmed the Capitol steps Tuesday afternoon to voice their opposition to right-to-work legislation in Pennsylvania.

The crowd was joined by Gov. Tom Wolf, who encouraged them to tell their legislators their concerns with right-to-work laws. The ability to join a union, Wolf said, was a "fundamental right."

"It's not about one narrow group of people who benefit from this, what we're talking about here; what you're defending here is something that gets to the heart of every Pennsylvanian," he said.
